Wave Search & Screening

Wave Search runs time-domain simulations focused on a specific area of interest, such as the crane tip, vessel chute, or hang-off location, across multiple realisations to identify critical wave events within a sea state. These governing events can then be applied to full dynamic analyses with all elements present, reducing individual simulation run times from hours to minutes while maintaining accuracy and conservatism.

Fatigue Analysis

Fatigue analysis supporting both Regular and Rainflow counting methods from OrcaFlex .sim files, or via .csv time history results (Rainflow only). Automatically process thousands of sea states to determine fatigue life across the full metocean climate.

Automated Case Builder

Build and configure analysis cases through structured input forms rather than manual OrcaFlex model editing. For cable lay and pipelay projects, the case builder enables engineers to set water depth (WD) and touch-down point (TDP) tension targets to systematically build out base models across the full route profile. Multi-processing workflows distribute model generation across available compute resources, producing hundreds of parametric base cases in minutes rather than hours. The platform also includes an automated scour protection case builder for generating protection profiles at OSP or WTG foundations, alongside a mooring pattern builder with proprietary optimisers for pre-tension and pattern geometry.
