Current opportunities
Marine/Transport & Installation Engineer
We are looking for an engineer with 3–5 years of industry experience and proficiency in OrcaFlex to join our team. Candidates with expertise in hydrodynamics, station keeping, pipeline design, or cable installation will be particularly competitive.
European citizenship or permanent resident permit required.
Skill Areas
- Review and implement lines plans and loading conditions
- Produce hydrodynamic panel models with appropriate meshing
- Perform ship stability assessments and ballast calculations
- Deliver technical reports and notes
- Design quayside, in-place, and skidded mooring analyses in accordance with applicable codes and standards
- Perform DP capacity assessments
- Design deck layouts, pattern/mooring drawings and crossing drawings
- Deliver operational procedures and technical documentation
- Perform load-out analyses, quayside mooring analyses, lifting analyses and motion analysis
- Conduct towage design assessments, tug sizing studies, and define towage rigging arrangements
- Design deck layouts, rigging arrangements and general arrangement drawings
- Deliver operational procedures and technical documentation
- Define load cases and implement applicable standards
- Design in-place, S-lay, J-lay, and landfall/shore pull-in analyses
- Design deck layouts, rigging arrangements and general arrangement drawings
- Deliver operational procedures and technical documentation
- Design surface lay, pull-in and shore pull-in analyses in accordance with applicable codes and standards
- Design jointing analyses in accordance with applicable codes and standards
- Design deck layouts, rigging arrangements and general arrangement drawings
- Deliver operational procedures and technical documentation
