Ultrasonic Inspection (UT) employs high-frequency sound waves transmitted into materials using an ultrasonic transducer to identify internal flaws. Reflected ultrasound becomes visible on equipment displays, revealing depth, size, nature, and orientation of detected indications.

We detect internal discontinuities including cracks, lack of fusion, porosity, and inclusions within welds and parent material. UT provides superior accuracy for determining flaw depth and size compared to other NDT methods.
